Eating Fruit on Empty Stomach

We all think eating fruits means just buying fruits, cutting it and just popping it into our mouths.

It's not as easy as you think. It's important to know how and  *when*  to eat the fruits.

What is the correct way of eating fruits?



If you eat fruits on empty stomach,  it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities.


Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit.

The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so due to the bread taken before the fruit.

In the meantime the whole meal  of bread & fruit  rots and ferments and turns to acid.

The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil.

So please eat your fruits on an   *empty  stomach*   or before your meals !

You have heard people complaining :

Every time I eat watermelon I burp,  when I eat durian my stomach bloats up,  when I eat a banana I feel like running to the toilet, etc.. etc..

Actually all this will not arise if you eat the fruit on an empty stomach.

The fruit mixes with the putrefying of other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat !

Greying hair, balding, nervous outburst and dark circles under the eyes all these will *NOT*  happen if you take fruits on an empty stomach.

There is no such thing as some fruits, like orange and lemon are acidic, because all fruits become alkaline in our body, according to Dr. Herbert Shelton who did research on this matter.

If you have mastered the correct way of eating fruits, you have the  * SECRET *  of beauty, longevity, health, energy, happiness and normal weight.

When you need to drink fruit juice - drink only * fresh*  fruit juice,  NOT  from the cans, packs  or bottles.

Don't even drink juice that has been heated up.

Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all.

You only get its taste.
Cooking destroys all the vitamins.

But eating a whole fruit is better than drinking the juice.

If you should drink the fresh fruit  juice, drink it mouthful by mouthful slowly, because you must let it mix with your saliva before swallowing it.

Sayur hia

Sayur ni first time kaknab masak,  anak hantar gambar,  tanya mak pokok apa ni? Entah lah mak pun tak pernah tengok.
Kebetulan kaknab pergi market,  nampak sorang nyonya jual sayur ni  tanya nyonya tu daun apa  dia cakap cina panggil hia,  dia jual seikat seringgit,  sayur ni orang cina yang selalu makan. nak confirm lagi nama daun sayur ni,  kaknab wasap group ex boustead,  group kawan sepejabat.  Memang cina panggil sayur hia.
Lalu kaknab tanya bagaimana nak masaknya,  kawan bagi resepi.
Mula2 tumis halia dengan bawang putih,  pastu pecah telur kacau2 sampai telur masak,  masukkan sayur hia,  kacau sampai sayur layu.

Kaknab pun cuba buat resepi ni,  sedap juga,  sayur ni rasa pahit pahit lemak,  kaknab memang sensitive dengan bau hanyir telur,  kaknab jarang masak sayur dengan pecah telur,  rupanya halia tu bagi hilang hanyir telur,  jadi boleh la lain kali masak sayur dengan telur.  Sayur hia telur yang kaknab buat memang sedap lain kali boleh beli lagi kalau ada orang jual.

Daun sudu itik

Orang Kedah terkenal dengan gemar memakan berbagai jenis ulam. Kaknab tidak ketinggalan anak jati Kedah yang suka memakan ulam.

Baru2 ni Kaknab beli sejenis daun yang dipanggil daun sudu itik, sebenarnya Kaknab pun tidak pernah makan daun ini, malah tengok pun tidak pernah sebelum ini. Setelah mencuba nyata daun ini memang sedap, Kaknab buat kerabu daun ini, boleh juga digoreng macam daun kangkung.

daun gonchaq

pernah tengok dak pokok gonchaq. kata mak kaknab buah dia kecik2 macam buah  lada hitam.  sebenarnya, kaknab pun xpernah tengok pokoknya. kat kampung2 memang ada pokok ni. tapi pokok ni pun dah nak hampir2 pupus. macam mana lah kita nak tengok pokoknya, kita la ni tak dok di kampung. la ni kita dok di taman taman. tak ada kampung lagi dah rumah pun terrace, dinding hang dinding aku. betul tak.

tadi knab pi pasar tani, kalau nak tengok dan nak cari semua mak nenek ulam kampung yang tak pernah tengok dan dengaq pun, mai lah pasar tani sungai petani, macam2 ada.

kaknab tak tahu tempat lain panggil apa, kami di kedah, perlis, pula pinang panggil daun bebuaih mungkin eja asal bebuais kut, orang utara semua cakap main buang semua s hihi. memang lawak kan, daun memang sedap sangat. kaknab makan mentah saja. hari ni pula kaknab malas nak buat sambal belacan cuma potong cabai melaka, sedikit belacan, sebiji tomato potong kecik2, garam. ramas2 bagi tomato hancur. wow sedap cecah dengan ulam.
makan nasi panas panas pula. memang berselera.

Daun kerdas (geduak)

Ini lah pertama kali kaknab lihat dan rasa daun kerdas atau geduak panggilan disebelah utara.

Kaknab beli kat pasar tani, sungai petani, tanya makcik yang jual, daun apa, dia kata daun geduak, dia kata sedap buat ulam. Lalu kaknab beli, xmahal pun seringgit saja satu ikat.

Bila knab rasa memang sedap daun ni, lemak lemak tak pahit, tak kelat.  Rasa macam makan buah geduak

Hari Ahad, pasar tani sungai petani, yang kat tepi sungai tu, ada menjual bermacam2 sayur dan ulam kampung. Memang semua ada. Daun yang kita tak pernah dengar dan lihat pun ada.

Buah beka

Hari ini baru kaknab tahu buah ini boleh dimakan. Menurut penjual sayur buah ni, sedap buat kerabu. Lalu kaknab beli balik buat kerabu. Memang sedap pun, rasanya pahit pahit lemak. Bunga betik buat kerabu pun pahit, tapi yang ini pahit sedap.

pokok bidara

Masa kaknab pi terengganu rumah besan, kaknab ada naik sampan dari seberang takir ke pasar payang. masa nak ke jeti kebetulan ada pokok bidara yang ditanam dalam kawasan surau dekat dengan jeti seberang takir. Kaknab memang dok cari pokok ni, kaknab pun ambil gambar untuk dimuat naik di blog ni.

Daun bidara orang guna untuk memandikan mayat. dikatakan dia boleh melembutkan mayat yang  dah keras,. buahnya boleh dimakan, kaknab pun dah lupa macam mana rasanya, kerana kecik2 saja dok makan, dah tua macam ni, xpernah rasa pula buahnya.

Ni lah pucuk daun geli2 yg knab beli. Knab pun xpernah tengok pun. Dah tua macam ni pun xpernah tengok dan tak kenal pokok ni. Seikat 1.00.  Knab beli dua ikat. Seikat buat masak lemak cili api, lagi seikat rebus buat ulam

Sedap juga daun rasanya lebih kurang pucuk paku tapi lebih sedap dari pucuk paku.
